Biscuits and Gravy

Biscuits and gravy is a breakfast dish that has a surprising history. It’s a classic of the ages for a reason. It is a hearty and comforting meal you can count on to fill you up.

At Bout Time, we bake our biscuits to perfection and top them with our homemade sausage gravy that’s to die for. We’ll also make two eggs, any style you want to round out your meal.

Monte Cristo

The Monte Cristo sandwich is a fantastic variation of the French croque monsieur. It originated in Southern California and rose to fame since Disneyland’s Blue Bayou Restaurant serves a killer Monte Cristo. If you want something just as good (or better!), then Bout Time has you covered.

Our sandwich is piled with sliced ham and turkey, interlaced with American and Swiss cheeses. Then, it’s battered and deep-fried to a gorgeous golden brown color. We then dust the sandwich with powdered sugar and serve it with raspberry preserves.

It’s a pretty filling sandwich, so half-Montes are available too.

Monte Cristo Egg Rolls

Try our Monte Cristo egg rolls for a smaller version of the Monte Cristo sandwich. Instead of bread, we use egg roll wrappers to envelop the ingredients. These egg rolls are also battered and fried, then dusted with powdered sugar and served with some raspberry preserves.

Denver Omelet

For something off the classic breakfast menu, order yourself our Denver omelet. We stuff fluffy eggs with ham, peppers, cheese, and onions.

For an authentic brunch feel, we serve your omelet with hash browns.

N.Y.O. Omelet

If the Denver omelet isn’t quite what you’d like, do not worry. We’ll make you a three-egg omelet with practically anything you’d like (within reason).

Pick three ingredients from our list, and we’ll make your omelet to order. If this isn’t enough, you can add more for only 50 cents each.

Of course, you’ll get a side of hash browns too!
